BROKEN DOLL
The #MeToo movement inspired this series I call Broken Doll. The images were inspired by what I saw as violence and gender bias against women that was slowly eating away like a cancer at the core of our modern societies. The #MeToo movement became an excellent vehicle for my project and my work depicts the tearing away of humanity that takes place when violence ad gender discrimination against women is overlooked or permissible, in a society.
Broken Baby doll reflects the brokenness and neglect that slowly takes place when this happens.
